Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 AUD

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–6 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or external factors outside our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via Australia Post:

  • International Standard: Estimated 6–12 business days
  • International Express: Estimated 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Middle East Shipping

We offer shipping to select Middle Eastern countries including the
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait.

  • International Standard: 8–15 business days
  • International Express: 4–8 business days

Due to warm climates, products may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect product quality.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

    Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels

    We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
