At Tallow darling, we take pride in the quality and care of our handcrafted tallow products. Due to the natural and hygienic nature of our skincare items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes:
- Deciding you no longer want the product.
- Ordering the incorrect scent or size.
- Personal preference regarding the natural texture or scent of the tallow.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to make it right.
Please contact us at info@tallowdarling.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item
Once reviewed, (If approved) we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If we require the faulty item to be sent back to us, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: Natural variations in colour, graininess, or scent are normal characteristics of high-quality, rendered tallow and are not considered manufacturing faults.
